1 cup coconut milk powder
1 cup dessicated coconut
1 cup almonds, finely ground
1 cup dates, chopped into small pieces
1 cup dried apricots, chopped into small pieces
1 Tbs honey dissolved in 2 Tbs orange juice (or whatever juice you have)
Mix all of the ingredients very well and press into a dish, making the mixture no higher than about 1 inch. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours before serving (overnight is better)
To serve, cut into small pieces. This is slice is very yummy - you will go back for seconds!
