1/2 cup lightly toasted sesame seeds
1 1/2 cups wholemeal flour
1/4 tsp celtic salt
1/2 cup water
Combine all ingredients together until it forms a dough. You may need to add a little more flour or water until the desired consistancy is reached. Roll out on a floured board until quite thin.
Cut into shapes or simply cut into desired sizes. Bake at 300 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
You may also like to add crushed garlic or different herbs and spices to create a different flavour.
