This delicious breakfast dish is best served straight from the oven - perfect for a cold winter morning.
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup chopped dates
1 cup dessicated coconut
1 1/2 cups coconut milk
3 1/2 cups water
1/2 tin drained peaches or apricots
Combine all ingredients into a pyrex dish, top with a little extra coconut and bake for 1 hour at 350.
