Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups fresh breadcrumbs
1 1/2 cups cashews, finely ground
2 tsp mixed herbs
1 1/2 Tbs soy sauce
2 cups water
1 onion, chopped
Method:
Combine all ingredients and place mixture into a well-oiled baking dish. Make the mixture at least 2-3 inches thick. Bake for one hour at 375 C.
